ጪሆንግ በ‘አውሮፓውያን’ ቅርጸትም ውብ ነው — 3–4 ግራም ለትልቅ ስኒ፣ 3–5 ደቂቃዎች መጠጠን። በእንግሊዝ ውስጥ እንደሚጠጡት — ከወተት ጋር ወይም ያለ ወተት። ለ‘የቂመን መዓዛ’ ንጹሕ ጣዕም ለመቅመስ የጎንግፉ ዘዴ ያለ ወተት ይመከራል።
