- Tender, whole, fresh shoots. Hand picking — exclusively by hand, without scissors. Careful transport in bamboo baskets without damage or crushing.

- ≥3.2% (spring tea). L-theanine dominates.

- Potassium, manganese, fluorine; traces of calcium and magnesium from granite soils and mineral water of Ruquan.
